I had a leaky toilet upon flushing and figured it had to be an old wax ring needing replacing. When I removed the toilet and tried putting on a new toilet flange the part that attaches to the actual sewer pipe was warped and the new flange would not sit properly on it (also the screw holes were off center making the toilet sit crooked)!! Whoever built it before knew this and didn't care and I think the toilet has been leaking awhile. The floor is still hard but soft in one spot, perhaps where the water is pooling. I am also getting some backup in all the basement drains but I realize that could be a tree root issue and i will get the city to auger the pipes. Can anyone help The house was built in the early 60`s so plumbing is not great! Thx!!

I would like a quotation on unhooking an old dishwasher and hooking up a new one in the same location.
